Marketplace Seller Agreement

1. Listing your work

You may list artwork tied to a square you own. You set the price (and any sale price) and the delivery method (digital download/link or physical shipment). You represent that you own or control all rights necessary to sell and deliver the work, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate our content rules.

2. Exclusivity

While your artwork is listed or offered for sale on GoldenPixel, that artwork and edition are exclusive to GoldenPixel. You will not sell, offer for sale, list, reproduce for sale, or publish the same artwork or edition on any other gallery, marketplace, platform, website, social storefront, or print-on-demand service during that period, and you confirm it is not currently listed or offered for sale elsewhere.

This exclusivity is limited to the period your work is listed on GoldenPixel — if you remove the listing, the exclusivity ends and you are free to sell or publish the work elsewhere. You retain ownership of and copyright in your work; this grants GoldenPixel exclusivity over selling and publishing the work only while it is listed, not a transfer of your underlying rights. Listing a work already committed elsewhere, or selling it elsewhere while it is listed here, is a breach that may result in removal, withheld or reversed payouts, and termination.

3. Commission

GoldenPixel charges a platform commission of 30% of the sale price. You receive the remaining 70% (your 'payout'), less any payment-processing or refund costs where applicable.

4. Escrow and payout

Buyer payments are held by GoldenPixel and released to you after delivery is confirmed — automatically after a hold period (about 48 hours for digital, 14 days for physical) or sooner if the buyer confirms receipt. Payouts are made to your provided payout address and processed manually. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details.

5. Delivery and the guarantee

You must deliver what you sold, as described. For digital items you provide the file or a working download link; for physical items you must ship promptly and provide tracking. GoldenPixel facilitates and guarantees the transaction process to the buyer — if you fail to deliver as described, we may refund the buyer from the held funds and withhold or reverse your payout.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If an order is refunded or charged back due to non-delivery, misdescription, or your breach, the corresponding payout will be withheld or clawed back. We may deduct refunded amounts and related fees from your balance.

7. Prohibited items and conduct

You may not list or deliver content that is infringing, illegal, hateful, sexual or explicit, or that violates our content rules. We may remove any listing and suspend selling privileges for violations.

8. Independent seller; taxes

You sell as an independent party, not as an employee or agent of GoldenPixel. You are solely responsible for all taxes on your sales and for any tax information we are required to collect.

9. Term, termination, and changes

You may stop selling at any time; we may suspend or remove listings or end your access for breach. We may change commission rates, hold periods, or these terms; continued selling after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: hello@goldenpixel.co.
