Affiliate Agreement

1. The program

On approval, we issue you a unique referral code and link. When a new visitor arrives through your link and later purchases a square, you earn a commission, subject to the terms below. Participation is at our discretion; we may approve or decline any applicant.

2. Commissions

Your commission is a percentage of the amount the referred customer actually pays for their square, by tier: Bronze 5% (1+ paid referrals), Silver 10% (20+), Gold 15% (50+), Platinum 20% (100+).

Because commission is calculated on the amount actually charged, any active discount or promotional pricing (for example a launch offer) reduces the price on which your commission is calculated. Commission is earned only on completed, paid purchases — not on clicks, applications, or unpaid orders.

3. Attribution

Referrals are attributed on a first-referral-wins basis: the first valid referral code stored in the visitor's browser is credited. Attribution requires that the referred customer reach a paid purchase; we are not responsible for lost attribution caused by the customer's browser settings, ad blockers, or use of multiple devices.

4. Payouts

Commissions accrue as 'pending'. Once your pending balance reaches the minimum payout of US$20, you may request a payout, which we pay to your provided PayPal address. Payouts are processed manually and may take time. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Referring your own purchases or those of accounts you control (self-referral).
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any deceptive, misleading, or false advertising.
• Bidding on or using the 'GoldenPixel' name or trademarks in paid search or domains.
• Cookie stuffing, bot or fake traffic, incentivized clicks, or any artificial inflation of clicks or conversions.
• Representing yourself as GoldenPixel or making promises on our behalf.

6. Withholding and clawback

We may withhold, reverse, or claw back any commission associated with an order that is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or that resulted from a breach of this Agreement. We may withhold payouts while investigating suspected abuse.

7. Independent contractor; taxes

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of GoldenPixel, and this Agreement creates no employment or joint-venture relationship. You are solely responsible for all taxes on your commissions and for providing any tax information (such as a W-9) we are required to collect.

8. Term, termination, and changes

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason. On termination we will pay any commission validly earned and not subject to withholding. We may modify the program, commission rates, tiers, or these terms at any time; continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: hello@goldenpixel.co.
